Bob Ohrablo

Bob Ohrablo

President

Bob Ohrablo is the Trenton Ironhawks President, bringing more than 41 years of experience in professional sports management and a passion for hockey, fan entertainment and marketing. Throughout his career, Bob has held leadership roles in the AHL and NHL, including with the Florida Panthers, before launching ECHL teams in Jacksonville, Savannah and Orlando. He later served as President of Zawyer Sports, where he managed several ECHL teams and helped grow professional hockey in markets across the country.

 

With a long history of building professional hockey organizations, Bob is excited to bring ECHL hockey to Trenton and the surrounding region while providing affordable, family-friendly entertainment for the community. His experience across multiple professional hockey markets has given him a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful organization both on and off the ice.

 

Bob is also committed to giving back to the Trenton community. He is active with the Boys & Girls Club of Trenton and serves on the boards of the Hamilton YMCA and Princeton-Mercer Chamber of Commerce.

Sue Ohrablo

Sue Ohrablo

Director of Project Management

With more than 35 years of experience in project management and leadership, Sue Ohrablo brings a wealth of organizational and team-building expertise to the Ironhawks as Director of Project Management. Throughout her career, she has coached high-functioning teams in diverse settings while developing and implementing programs and systems designed to strengthen organizations. Sue holds a Doctorate in Education with a focus on leadership and has taught graduate-level leadership courses. 

 

As the Ironhawks begin their inaugural season, Sue is excited to bring her leadership experience and passion for hockey to the organization while helping build a strong foundation for the team’s future in the Trenton community.

Cheryl Griffis

Controller

Cheryl brings more than 30 years of financial, administrative leadership and operational experience to the Ironhawks. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for building efficient processes, fostering positive workplace cultures and providing the behind-the-scenes support that allows organizations to thrive.

 

A passion for hockey has been a defining part of Cheryl’s professional journey. She has proudly served three ECHL organizations, including the Greenville Grrrowl, Jacksonville Icemen and now the Trenton Ironhawks. Her experience across multiple franchises has given her a deep understanding of the business side of professional sports and the importance of creating an exceptional experience for players, staff, partners and fans.

 

As a member of the Ironhawks organization, Cheryl is committed to bringing her experience, professionalism and dedication to every aspect of the team’s operations. She looks forward to helping build a culture of excellence and contributing to the Ironhawks’ long-term success both on and off the ice.

Dan Lentz

Dan Lentz

Senior Director of Ticket Sales & Services

Dan Lentz joined the Ironhawks in the summer of 2026 as Senior Director of Ticket Sales, bringing experience across professional sports and collegiate athletics. Prior to joining the Ironhawks, Dan worked with several organizations, including the Baltimore Orioles, Saint Joseph’s University Athletic Department, Trenton Thunder and Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League. His experience across a variety of sports organizations has given him a strong understanding of ticket sales, fan engagement and the importance of building lasting relationships with supporters.

 

A 2019 graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, Dan currently resides in Burlington County, New Jersey. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing soccer and golf and traveling in his spare time. As a New Jersey native, Dan is excited to be part of the Ironhawks and help build a strong connection between the team and its fans throughout the region.

Anna Pruitt

Anna Pruitt

Director of Ticket Management & Technologies

Anna Pruitt brings a passion for sports, community and fan engagement to the Trenton Ironhawks, supporting the organization through ticket operations and data-driven strategy. She earned her undergraduate education in finance and marketing from Ole Miss before earning an MBA and a Master’s in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. With a background in brand partnership management and a fan-first approach, Anna is focused on creating positive experiences and meaningful connections with supporters. She is committed to ensuring every member of the Ironhawks family feels welcomed, valued and excited to be part of game day.

Rachel Kelley

Rachel Kelley

Manager of New Business Development

Rachel Kelley is a Manager of New Business Development for the Trenton Ironhawks. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, with a concentration in Sport Management. Driven by a passion for business development and community engagement, Rachel works to build strategic partnerships that connect brands with fans while helping elevate the Ironhawks both on and off the ice.

Courtney Bono

Courtney Bono

Manager of New Business Development

Courtney Bono serves as an Account Executive with the Trenton Ironhawks, bringing a background in public relations, advertising and digital marketing to the organization. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Stockton University and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Digital Marketing. Courtney began her professional career as an intern in Washington, D.C., where she developed valuable experience in building relationships and connecting with diverse communities. Passionate about creating meaningful connections, Courtney is committed to helping the Ironhawks grow and achieve success both on and off the ice.

Gianna Derro

Gianna Derro

Manager of New Business Development

Gianna Derro is a Manager of New Business Development with the Trenton Ironhawks, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport & Entertainment Management with a minor in Mass Communication from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining the Ironhawks, Gianna gained valuable experience through internships with organizations across various professional sports, where she developed skills in ticket sales, marketing, sponsorship, and fan engagement. Gianna is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating memorable fan experiences. Go Ironhawks!

Sophie Hampton

Sophie Hampton

Manager of New Business Development

Sophie Hampton serves as Manager of Business Development for the Ironhawks, bringing a background in sports management and marketing to the organization. A New Jersey native, she is thrilled to be part of bringing professional hockey back to her home state and helping establish the Ironhawks throughout the region. Sophie earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Sports Management and Marketing from Albright College, where she also competed as a collegiate athlete.

 

Her background in athletics, business, and marketing gives her a unique perspective on building strong partnerships, developing new opportunities and creating meaningful connections throughout the community. Sophie is excited to help grow the Ironhawks and build lasting relationships with partners, fans and the community throughout the region.

Emma Clugsten

Emma Clugsten

Senior Manager, Merchandise & Community Relations

Emma Clugsten serves as Senior Manager of Merchandise, Promotions, and Community Relations for the Trenton Ironhawks, where she combines her passion for sports with a focus on creating memorable experiences for fans. She oversees the team’s merchandise program, promotional initiatives and community outreach, working to make every interaction with the Ironhawks meaningful both inside and outside the arena. A graduate of Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations, Emma is passionate about finding new ways to connect the Ironhawks with the community and build lasting relationships with fans throughout the region.

Kyle Cannillo

Director of Digital Media, Communications, and Broadcasting

Kyle Cannillo joins the Ironhawks as the Director of Broadcasting, Media, and Communications after spending the past three seasons with the NAHL’s Rochester Jr. Americans. 

 

During his time with the Americans, he played a leading role in building one of the league’s premier organizations through award-winning broadcasting, marketing, and digital media. He helped drive record attendance, substantially grew the organization’s social/digital following, and played a key role in earning 2024 Organization of the Year. 

 

A Penn State graduate and New Jersey native, Kyle was also recognized as the NAHL’s 2024 Broadcaster of the Year. With passion for his craft and love for hockey, he is excited to tell the story of the Ironhawks and build meaningful connections throughout the community.
