The Trenton Ironhawks are always looking for passionate, driven individuals who want to be part of something special. As an inaugural ECHL franchise, we are creating an organization centered around our fans, our community, and a shared commitment to excellence.

While we have already begun building a talented and dedicated front office team, we are continuously growing and looking for the next members of the Ironhawks family.
