Trenton Ironhawks Acquire 6'3 Forward Easton Armstrong From Tulsa Oilers

TRENTON, N.J. — The Trenton Ironhawks have acquired forward Easton Armstrong from the Tulsa Oilers in exchange for forward Luc Salem.

Armstrong, 23, enters his third professional season after appearing in 52 games with Tulsa during the 2025-26 season. The Anaheim, Calif., native recorded 18 goals and 10 assists for 28 points while adding size to the Oilers’ lineup at 6-foot-3, 205 pounds. Armstrong also spent the 2024-25 season with the Atlanta Gladiators, recording eight goals and 13 assists in 51 ECHL games.

Prior to beginning his professional career, Armstrong spent four seasons in the Western Hockey League (WHL), appearing in 208 career games between the Regina Pats, Winnipeg Ice, Wenatchee Wild and Saskatoon Blades. His most productive WHL season came in 2023-24 with Saskatoon, where he recorded 28 goals and 19 assists for 47 points in 58 games. Armstrong also added six goals and eight assists in 11 playoff games that season.

The Ironhawks open their inaugural season on Saturday, Oct. 24, at 6 p.m. at CURE Insurance Arena against the Adirondack Thunder. Season tickets are available now at trentonironhawks.com.
